132 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 132 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 132 platform via 132.run or any associated application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced within, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 132 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
The 132 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting and gaming activities are permitted. Users are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with the local laws applicable to them.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 132 platform. Attempting to register more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full name, phone number, and any other required details.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. 132 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please notify the 132 support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any unlawful activities
- Not sharing your account with any other individual or allowing third parties to use your account
- Not using any software, bots, or automated methods to access or manipulate the platform
- Not providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
- Complying with all rules and limits set by 132 at all times
3. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 132 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local payment channels, including TNG eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, and other methods listed in your account's deposit section.
- Deposits are processed automatically via supported channels
- Deposits via TNG and FPX are typically instant
- Minimum deposit varies by payment method
- Make sure your bank account name matches your 132 account name
- Your first withdrawal requires identity verification
- Withdrawal processing time: typically 1–3 business days
- Withdrawals can only be made to a verified account held in the user's name
- 132 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if outstanding bonus requirements have not been met
132 is not liable for any payment delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Account Policies
Prohibited Uses
Users are strictly prohibited from using the 132 platform for the following purposes:
- Fraud, identity falsification, or any activity involving money laundering
- Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain unauthorised advantages
- Using more than one account to claim bonuses you are not entitled to
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
- Any form of fraud involving payment methods or personal information
Account Suspension & Closure
132 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated these Terms & Conditions. In confirmed cases of suspension due to fraud, account balances linked to the fraudulent activity may be frozen while an investigation is conducted. Users whose accounts are legitimately closed for serious violations are not eligible to reopen their account or register a new one.
Account Closure at User Request
Users who wish to close their account may do so through the customer support channel. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been settled and that no active bonus conditions remain. 132 will process closure requests within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
The 132 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 132 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, cyberattacks, or betting and gaming outcomes. 132's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount of that user's active deposits in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, text, images, and other visual elements on the 132 platform are the exclusive property of 132 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from 132.
Third-Party Links
The 132 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. 132 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third parties and is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of their services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before using it.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
132 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on 132.run. Users are responsible for checking this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operations in the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties before any further action is taken.
